    As a Lead Interaction Designer in 2019, I was tasked with overseeing the migration of the company’s CRM from Salesforce to Dynamics CRM. This involved not only migrating data but also redesigning the customer portal to ensure a smooth user experience across both platforms.

    Key challenges and solutions:

    • Portal Rebuild: The existing portal was incompatible with Dynamics CRM, requiring a complete rebuild from scratch.
    • User-Centric Design: Conducted a thorough design and testing phase with internal users to identify and address key usability issues.
    • Redesign and Development: Created an enhanced portal using Adobe XD for design and HTML, CSS, and JS for development.
    • Technical Constraints: Overcame the challenge of working with Dynamics CRM’s framework, ensuring compatibility and performance.
